691 Calling It Quits

After thirteen years and almost 700 episodes, it is time to call it quits, hang it up, call it a day, mosey on down the hiway... you get the drift. When we started the podcast in 2007 we weren't sure that we could make it to 100 episodes, but with the help of Don, The Colonel, and Duke; along with three hosts and several friends like Cappy Kirk, we made it to 200...300...400...and finally 691. We were inspired by Xm's Special X, and WLAC's "Big John R" and numerous under appreciated bands and musicians who deserved to be heard.  But times change, when we first started we were on the Pando format which died a timely death and then we found Pod-O-Matic which has been super easy, but now we have Pandora, Spotify, Amazon, etc. which will give you anything you want at the drop of a hat. Who knows what the future may bring.  With this episode we wanted to go out with a BOOM rather than a whimper, so we proudly present this Classic Trick's Synthetic Pod...CAST!
