It's All About What You Eat...

...Good news, scientist now say exercise is NOT critical to weight loss. Yes, it will make you more physically fit, but you won't lose weight. Weight loss is all about "diet" and particularly what type of diet you eat. More carbs = more weight. Less carbs = weight loss. So, thank You Dr. Adkins, you are were right.
