The American Music Icon Series Presents The Big O


This week we go Memphis,to Soulville USA, to pay homage to Stax Recording Studio's favorite son, Otis Ray Redding.    Otis is considered to be one of the greatest singers in American pop music...who can be described as Mr. Soul, Mr. Pitiful, but around here we call him the Big O.  Otis left his mark on soul music with tunes like:
