You may think I'm "Batty" With A Silent Night Compilation

But it is Christmas and what says "Christmas" more than the classic Silent Night. It is the tradition in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, an ancient German town, to gather in the town square for carols on Christmas Eve, and the final song of the night is this. It isn't unusual to hear this song sung in many languages, but the message is universal... Merry Christmas, the Christ is born!

Silent Nights (The Album) features:
Silent Night Chant - Rotary Connection
Bootsy Collins
Booker T & MGs
Claifornia Guitar Trio
Asleep At The Wheel,Don Wasler and Willie
Gregorian Monks
Buddy Miles
The Rubber Band
Asylum Street Spankers' Singing Saw
Jorma Kaukonen
Charlie Musselwhite
Shakin' Stevens
Los Lonely Boys
Bee Gees
Willie Nelson
Silent Night Chant Slight Return

Share Christmas with someone who is alone this year.

'Silent Night' played on a musical saw: (filmed last week in the subway):
The musician is Natalia Paruz (aka the 'Saw Lady' - www.sawlady.com).
